Factors like money(Finance), time, quality, and people(involved/not involved). It relates to planning action points, and the fulfilment of those actions, all to accomplish a specific outcome.
There are basic things you need to know and put into consideration when managing a project; Some of the valuable basics of a project includes:

Project Examples
A project can be anything, big or small. They can be completed by 1 person or many, many people working in coordination. As with most VA tasks, it’s very important to define what the goal of a project is and what it includes.
